Hi, I’m Wendy Conrad with WLC Photography. I’ve had a camera in my hand since the 80s, and started my portrait business in 2010. My favorite things to photograph are moms to be, babies, and senior girls. I am based in Port St. Lucie on the Treasure Coast of Florida.
My philosophy is make your subject comfortable and magic will happen for the camera! I am constantly talking to my seniors from behind the lens, telling them how great they are doing, and showing them my favorite images along the way. Of course, great locations and props can also make or break a session.
I share my life with my talented husband and sometimes photo assistant, Mr. Conrad; and our two rescue pups, Elsie and Camille. I’m the daughter of retired superheroes. I am a Florida native, self-taught painter, and animal lover. When I’m not taking pictures, you can find me singing karaoke, practicing yoga, or watching Golden Girls reruns.
