Hi everyone!
It’s that time of year again for our annual scholarship!
This award is in memory of my cousin, Danielle.
“You were so full of life and I don’t know why you were ever taken from us so soon. I often wonder what you would be doing. How you would be using all your talents in this universe because we all know you were so so so talented. You inspired me and were always up for my crazy ideas and I was always game for yours. We almost never lived more than a block or few houses apart and that’s how it will always be. You will never be far from my heart. You were so special and you touched people in ways that you will never even know. You were one of the most beautiful sassy souls I have ever known. You were my muse, you were my inspiration, you lived life to the fullest, you took risks and above all you loved. You taught me how to dream and made me believe I could follow them. I love you. I miss you. I’ll see you soon, beautiful soul.”
I solely believe I would not be in photography if it wasn’t for her. She loved the camera and loved to model and when we were growing up we would always go around and do shoots. It was awesome, and that’s when I really started to fall in love with photography. God blessed me with her inspiration and she gave me the courage to pursue my new found love. I know that she would want nothing but to help someone else out who is passionate about their art, whatever form of art that would be.

So in her memory, we are giving away $1,000. Please submit to us a 1-2 page essay as to why you should receive this award, what your passion is, and why you want to share that passion with the world. Along with the essay please send us a sample of your work whether that be music, paintings, photographs, your best modeling photo – you get the picture! E-mail all entries to BP4UGUIDES@GMAIL.COM subject: DBA scholarship. *If they do not have this subject they will not be read.*
Rules & Regs:
All entries should be in no later than April 1st, 2015.
Winners will be announced by April 8th, 2015.
No late submissions will be accepted.
Must be a resident of the US to be eligible.
Artistic Entries will be accepted via: portfolio site, Youtube, or mail.
