Here’s a little about Nicky: I am a 25 year old newlywed and mother of one from Northern California that loves sushi and game shows.

I’ve had a camera in my hand as long as I can remember. It always felt like an extension of myself so when I realized that this could be my career, my heart leaped. After high school, I decided to go against the grain and spend few years doing volunteer work instead of going to college. My passion was unleashed in those few years when I saw the look on people’s faces when they looked at their pictures and saw themselves the way I see them. My heart melted and I was in love with the art! I got my first DSLR in 2012 and I spent the Summer shooting my son, family weddings, friends and anything else I could talk into getting in front of my camera. That Autumn I did my first paid session and it hasn’t stopped since! This year I plan to upgrade my little dining room studio and learn artificial lighting. I never thought that I could be my own boss while doing something I absolutely love and can honestly say that I would love to do this for the rest of my life.
