Last week we compiled a list of 5 gifts for photographers under $25 and this week we’ve got even more goodies to showcase. Today, though, we’re highlighting photographer gifts all priced under $50. Stay tuned for our next installment of this series which showcases 5 gifts for photographers under $100.
1.)Plush Nikon or Canon Lens Pillow
Perfect for hugging or resting your head are Plushtography’s super plush pillows that come in the shape of either a 35mm f1.8 Prime Nikon lens or 50mm f1.8 Prime Canon lens. As we noted before, make sure you know what kind of camera your recipient uses and buy the correct lens pillow. Photographers take their camera brand very seriously!
People change their iPhone cases like they change their bags. I’m particularly obsessed with retro-themed cases, like the Vintage Antique Camera Case Cover ($39.95) from Zazzle or the Holga Lens iPhone Case from Urban Outfitters ($30). This wooden camera case from PhotoJoJo is also pretty sweet ($42).
3.) Photograpy-Inspired Prints
A photographer appropriate print makes a fab addition to any camera lover’s home or office. I’m digging the Click Click Camera Letterpress Print from PhotoJoJo ($35), I Love Doodle’s Memory Bubbles Art Print ($30) and Be Wild and Free’s “Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder Camera” original watercolor ($45).
A lady can never own too much jewelry, and that’s true for photographers, as well. For example, the 3D Wood and Leather Camera Necklace ($45) from StrangelyYours on Etsy definitely stands out in a crowd, as does this sterling silver “I shoot people” bracelet from Pamela Topping’s Store ($39). As for male photographers, try these funky Camera Mode Dial Cufflinks ($49.95) or these Cuff Daddy Black Camera Cufflinks ($39.99)
5.) Set of Phone Lenses from PhotoJoJo
Treat your photographer to a trio of fun cell phone lenses. This set includes pro-quality Fisheye, Telephoto and Wide Angle/Macro lenses. The cost is $49 for all three, which saves you $16 (which is almost one free lens!).
All of these ideas are fantastic if you are still looking for gifts for your photographer, and all are under $50. Need something more snazzy for your photog? No worries!!! Next week we will be posting great gifts under $100!
