Open Aperture Photography is based in New Bern, NC and owned by Bob Mackowski, CPP and wife Amanda Mackowski. They cover most of Eastern North Carolina and are available for travel as well. Bob is the lead photographer, an odd mix of lighting wizard and court jester in charge of keeping the clients smiling. Amanda has earned the title “Bridal Crisis Manager” by solving the inevitable bridal drama that pop up on wedding day while still fulfilling her duties as a photographer. Bob and Amanda also own East Carolina Bride, a regional bridal websites that covers weddings in Eastern North Carolina.
