Question from Michelle: “What is a good type of lighting/backdrop setup that I can get for under $200?”

Shanyn: Cowboy studio I hear is good!

Angela:  Cowboy Studio

Tom: Frankly, not much — look at Adorama or B&H Photo online, maybe they’ll have something on clearance.

Amie: I got mine off Ebay

Shanyn:  I will say this though, you get what you pay for! If you can wait, I’d recommend saving for something better. I really LOVE my alien bees!

Rebecca:  Kind of a lot of hype with studio lighting. I had some super cheap stuff to start out with, and the pros I was mentoring with didn’t know I wasn’t using something uber expensive. Just practice with that you have!
