Hi! My name is Justine Smith and I am the owner of Fluttering Shutter Photography. I am an on-location photographer currently serving all of Northern Virginia, but will occasionally dip my toe into Maryland! I’m a wife to a great husband and a mother to three amazing children who will often be my models when I feel inspired. I followed my passion to work doing what I love, and to help my clients capture the moments that they want to remember. This includes everything from a gorgeous baby bump to a new bundle of joy, and the playful toddler to the entire family. I want my clients to have these portraits of their family for generations to come.
