A little bit about the session:
Meet Owen-the Geek Star! Little Owen was born on February 14, 2014 at 10:34am, weighing in at 7lbs and 20.5 inches long of pure baby love. For this session Mom Jenni and Dad Steve had two special requests; incorporate mom’s acoustic guitar and dad’s Ray Ban’s. Challenge accepted! I loved the idea of using the guitar and glasses and set to work planning what the set ups would look like. I knew I wanted a wood background with the guitar so off to Lowe’s I went. I created the background from vinyl plank flooring attached to the back side of a piece of bead board. You will notice the bead board background in the glasses pic! Score! Two backgrounds, one project. This was one of those rare newborn sessions where everything went exactly as I had planned. Seriously, that has never happened before. I credit baby Owen for being such an awesome little model. He totally rocked it.
